BRAND DISCOVERY ANALYSIS- ALO YOGA
I independently led a brand analysis project focused on Reformation, a sustainable fashion brand, evaluating the effectiveness of its brand elements through the lens of memorability, meaningfulness, and likeability. I conducted in-depth research on the company’s aesthetic, market positioning, and consumer perception, identifying strengths in sustainability messaging and transparency, while also uncovering opportunities to enhance brand recall and differentiation. From mood boards to competitive insights, I crafted a cohesive and strategic evaluation that balanced academic frameworks with real-world brand storytelling—ultimately offering actionable recommendations to improve brand equity.
I independently developed a comprehensive brand discovery report on Alo Yoga, analyzing the brand’s evolution, market positioning, and strategic expansion into wellness and lifestyle. From foundational research on Alo’s core values to competitive analysis and campaign breakdowns, I examined how the brand blends mindfulness, sustainability, and fashion-forward design. I explored Alo’s marketing strategies—including influencer partnerships and global ambassador initiatives—and assessed its expansion into skincare, digital fitness, and brick-and-mortar experiences. The final report offered strategic insights into brand storytelling, visual identity, and consumer connection, positioning Alo Yoga as a leader in premium activewear and holistic wellness.

I led a comprehensive brand strategy project for Nona’s Chocolates, a boutique confectionery in Ohio. My team’s campaign—“Unapologetically Bold. Unforgettably Delicious.”—was selected by the client for implementation and praised for its originality and cultural relevance. I spearheaded the creative direction, developed the brand voice, and oversaw campaign deliverables including influencer strategy, Klaviyo email flows, and experiential in-store concepts
I led the development of a full-scale marketing proposal for CVSR, focusing on increasing ridership, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening community engagement. From consumer research and brand positioning to campaign messaging and design, I directed every stage of the project to ensure a cohesive, strategy-driven outcome. Our campaign was selected as the winning proposal for implementation by the client, receiving high praise for its creativity, cultural relevance, and practical execution plan.
